The Fuel Web is the only service provider in the delivered fuel industry to offer a complete delivery management application built from the ground up for use with fuel tank monitors. The tank monitoring hardware developed by TFW provides a robust but simple system for administering Fuel Storage Commercial Tanks and maintaining many thousands of field devices and a detailed "6 point" historical profile of the energy user. The system brings state of the art automation to forcasting, route discovery and the delivery process.

Programming Labs staff were integral in the database design and optimization using MS SQL 2000. This received UDP packets from tanks all over the west coast, parsed values using Perl and stored the data in MS SQL. The website allowed advanced reporting and analysis using ASP, XML, SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics).
