Programming Labs is an international company with developers in three different countries (the majority are in the USA).

We have seven developers on staff with varying skills and skill levels.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality of work at the most reasonable rate.

The way we do this is by having a well-rounded staff ranging from junior programmers to ultra-high level senior gurus.

The project manager works with the client to determine the goals and functionality needed then assigns each task to the developer with the lowest rate that has the skills necessary to do that particular task.

So your project receives a blended rate but has access to the Guru's at every crucial point.
